Job description
- Perform advance monitoring and troubleshooting services;
- Perform in-house keeping and maintenance tasks to ensure the environments run smoothly such as cleaning up un-used resources, restart services, adjust CPU/memory resources for application containers…;
- Deploy, configure, and test the environments for new clients;
- Collaborate with the development team to set up the testing environment, deploy updates, bug fixes & new releases to client environments in staging and production landscape;
- Develop and maintain automation tools, include shell scripts to automate necessary CloudOps tasks;
- Participates in project planning meetings to share knowledge of operational requirements and development target;
- Clearly preparing and developing documents of DevOps processes and specifications. Communication and collaboration;
- English communication is mandatory;
- Join daily meeting with team make sure all relevant information to the team and project are shared and discussed before acknowledgement;
- Support team and customer in ideas, solutions and resolving technical issues.
Skill & Experience
- Over 2 years’ experience in DevOps/SCM field;
- At least 2 year managing cloud provider resources in AWS, Azure or GCP;
- Experience writing and maintaining complex Docker files;
- Experience writing CI / CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment) pipelines using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins;
- Implemented network, server, and application-status monitoring tools;
- Experience with database administration and SQL;
- Experience with networking and security is a plus;
- Strong experience in using of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation;
- Use of Server provisioning software such as Ansible, Puppet or Chef a plus;
- Knowledge of Python and/or Java a plus;
- Hard working and high responsibility to assigned tasks. Could work overtime upon request;
- Ability to work as individual as well as good team worker;
- Good at read and writing English. Verbal English is a plus.
